Riga - Tallinn - Helsinki
This route connects the Baltic region like a single loop: Riga's Art Nouveau elegance, Tallinn's fairy-tale Old Town texture, and Helsinki's modern Northern European atmosphere are all experienced on the same journey. We fly direct from Istanbul to Riga, where we discover the historic squares of the Old Town and its world-famous Art Nouveau architecture. We then travel by coach to Tallinn, getting lost in its medieval streets, and set aside a full day to cross the Baltic Sea by ferry to Helsinki. The route is crowned with a visit to Sigulda and Turaida Castle in Latvia's green countryside. The program carries a boutique discovery spirit that balances culture, architecture, nature and free time.
We meet at Istanbul Airport's international terminal between 13:00-14:00, and after check-in, depart for Riga on a direct Turkish Airlines flight. After landing, we transfer to our hotel in the Old Town (Vecrīga) area and spend the evening on a short exploratory walk to get our first feel for the city.

After breakfast, we spend a full day exploring Riga's historic Old Town. We visit St. Peter's Church, the House of the Blackheads, Riga Cathedral, the Swedish Gate and the Powder Tower. We see the Freedom Monument (Milda) and walk along the canal in Bastejkalna Park. We end the day with a stroll along Alberta iela, home to some of the finest examples of Art Nouveau architecture.
After breakfast, we travel to Tallinn by coach, a journey of about 4-4.5 hours. After checking into our hotel, we set out on an exploratory walk through Tallinn's Old Town, visiting Town Hall Square (Raekoja plats), the historic Raeapteek pharmacy, Saint Catherine's Passage and the old city walls.
Leaving our bags in hotel storage, we cross the Baltic Sea by morning ferry (about 2 hours) to Helsinki. We visit Senate Square, Helsinki Cathedral, Market Square, the rock-carved Temppeliaukio Church, Oodi Library and Esplanadi Park. In the evening we return to Tallinn by ferry.
After breakfast, we return to Riga by coach, a journey of about 4-4.5 hours. In the afternoon we take a walk along the Daugava riverside, see the exterior of Riga Castle, and enjoy free time at the cafés around Dome Square.
In the morning we travel by train or vehicle to Sigulda National Park, known as "the Switzerland of Latvia." We take in the impressive views of the Gauja River Valley and visit the medieval Turaida Castle. In the afternoon we return to Riga, with the evening free.
Leaving our bags at the hotel, we begin our last day with free time for cafés and shopping. Between 16:30-17:30 we transfer to the airport, returning to Istanbul on a direct Turkish Airlines flight and completing this Baltic discovery.
