These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Royal Line Turizm [full legal trade name / company type to be added] website (the "Site"). By browsing the Site or submitting a reservation request, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site.
The Site is operated by Royal Line Turizm [full legal trade name / company type to be added] ("we", "us", "the Company"), address İstanbul, Türkiye, phone +90 543 621 41 47, email info@royallineturizm.com.
The person browsing the Site or submitting a reservation request is referred to below as "the User".
The Site publishes tour listings, availability, and pricing information, and allows a User to submit a reservation request for a specific tour and departure date.
A submitted reservation is a request, not a confirmed or paid booking. The Company follows up with the User directly (by phone, email, or another agreed channel) to arrange payment; the reservation is only confirmed once payment is actually received and staff mark it as paid. There is no automatic online payment gateway on the Site.
The Site does not require creating a user account to submit a reservation request. The User is solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the contact and passenger information (name, surname, date of birth, ID/passport number, email, phone) submitted through the reservation form, since this information is used to issue travel documents and the reservation voucher.
Submitting false, misleading, or another person's information without authorization may result in the reservation being cancelled or refused.
The User agrees not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems; submit automated, bulk, or fraudulent reservation requests; or copy, scrape, or republish the Site's content without prior written permission.
All text, images, logos, and design elements on the Site are the property of Royal Line Turizm [full legal trade name / company type to be added] or are used under license, and are protected under Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and related legislation. No part of the Site's content may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written consent, other than for the User's own personal, non-commercial use of the Site.
The Company makes reasonable efforts to keep tour listings, availability, and pricing information on the Site accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee that the Site will be free of errors or interruptions at all times.
Because a reservation submitted through the Site is a request subject to confirmation, the Company is not liable for a departure becoming unavailable, or its price changing, between the time a User views the Site and the time a reservation is actually confirmed and paid.
To the extent permitted by applicable Turkish consumer-protection law, the Company's liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the User for the specific confirmed reservation giving rise to a claim.
Personal data submitted through the Site is processed in accordance with the KVKK Disclosure Notice (Aydınlatma Metni), available at /kvkk-aydinlatma-metni.
The Company may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Site or applicable law. The version in effect at the time of a given visit or reservation is the one that applies. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes arising from these Terms are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees (Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri) and Consumer Courts (Tüketici Mahkemeleri), within the monetary and territorial limits set annually by the Ministry of Trade, or the otherwise competent courts.
